SOWWSS Vendor and Speaker Registration

The Southern Oregon Subsection - AWWA and the South Central Oregon Section of the PNCWA are highly skilled and professional organizations with long histories of supplying high quality educational opportunities to operators across the region.  Members include water and wastewater treatment operators, distribution and collection system operators and maintenance personnel from Coos, Curry, Douglas, Jackson, Josephine, Klamath, and Lake Counties.  Members represent public and private utilities ranging from small community systems to systems serving over 100,000 users.  Corporate members include local engineers, suppliers as well as local and regional representatives from the Department of Human Services - Drinking Water Program (DHS-SWP) and the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (OR-DEQ).  These organizations are dedicated to the continued advancement of the skills and training necessary to provide our communities with individuals who are competent in all aspects of the water and wastewater professions.

 

SOWWSS is organizing its third three-day water short school.  This school is held every other year for the sole purpose of advancing the skills and knowledge of water and wastewater operators across the state.  This year the short school is scheduled Tues, Wed, Thurs, September 12th, 13th, and 14th with an expected attendance of 100 to 120 students.

 

Vendor displays will be on Tuesday, September 12th from 9am-4pm.  Door prizes will be displayed at the vendor's booth and will be given away at a drawing during the final break between classes on the 12th. Be sure to visit all of our vendors! Their support makes this school possible. Show them that you appreciate their participation!


 

 

2017 EXHIBITOR INFORMATION:

 

If you would like to have your equipment shipped to Rogue Community College in advance you must contact us to make arrangements.  The facilities will be open by 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday September 12th.  Several people will be available to help move equipment if you notify us in advance that you require assistance.  Exhibitor displays should be ready by 8:00 a.m.  If you are interested in attending the Breakfast and Lunch, one ticket is provided in the packet you will receive.  Additional tickets are available at the Short School for $10.00 each meal.  A packet with the schedule of workshops and most current information will be sent out later this year to registered parties.

PRESENTER INFORMATION: 

 

If you need materials copied for your workshop presentation, please send/fax/email them at least one week in advance of your presentation.  They will be placed in your workshop location.  If you are interested in attending the Breakfast and Lunch, tickets for each will be included in your packet.   Additional tickets are available at the Short School for $10.00 each meal.
